General Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or if you feel you may not be able to make it to your appointment on time. This allows us the opportunity to schedule someone new or try to move appointments to accommodate additional clients. No call, no shows will be charged 50% of their scheduled appointments and showing up more than 15 minutes late for an appointment will result in not being seen and will additionally be charged for a missed appointment.
